Phoca gallery need help/advice anyone??

I had the old gallery here

but redid the site

and am looking to redo the gallery. in the first example you can see how I had it set up.

I tried reading the different things Phoca can do, but I am looking for some free advice to make it look and work better on the new site.

so if anyone has some ideas and opinions please let me know

Hi,

1) you should change the background shadow, see:
see:

you can do it easily in Themes, so the shadows can be other than default, see example:
https://www.phoca.cz/wallpapers/

2) In category view, you need not to add background border + shadow under the back button, see:
https://www.phoca.cz/wallpapers/gallery/ ... y/5-nature

I got rid of all the backgrounds is that going to be a problem?

Hi, you should set some border (not to have it empty) e.g. transparent value
