Hello,
I think I have the correct configuration for automatic sending of notificaiton of confirmed sales but no notification is being sent to customers or administrators. Could you please help me out? I am receiving correct notifications from Joomla regarding new registered users, but nothing regarding Phoca Cart. Thank you.

Hi, do you get the problem in frontend also in backend (when changing order status)? When testing in backend, is sending selected?

I did select Notify client and notify others as you suggested and I did receive as a client notification. I did not receive as others any notification.
Also, the notification received was very impersonal. Is there any way to design an HTML notification, or at lease to give these notifications a bit more personality?

Hi,
go to: backend --> Components --> Phoca Cart --> Order Statuses
Klick on the status you want to edit e.g. 'Completed'
Scroll down --> You will find the forms: Email Text (Customer) & Email (Others)
